Facts, working hypotheses, and next steps are kept apart here.

01 / Facts

Where things stand.

MediBridge China is an early-stage service concept for international visitors navigating healthcare services and medical experiences in China. The current focus is prototyping and user validation.

02 / Hypothesis

The question worth asking.

Could clearer, more accessible information help international visitors feel better prepared for a healthcare experience in China? This is a working hypothesis, not a verified outcome.

03 / Approach & next steps

Learn before scaling.

Start with conversations: understand how visitors currently find healthcare information, where they get stuck, and what would make them feel confident enough to act.

Prototype and user validation. Materials are being shaped through conversations rather than launched as a finished service.

Next steps: Continue user validation, understand visitors’ needs, refine the service concept, and document the prototype, decisions, and what changes through testing.

04 / Outcomes & learnings

An open notebook.

No verified commercial outcomes have been published yet. This page will grow with the work rather than turning assumptions into achievements.

Learnings: Documenting what changes after each conversation, including the ideas that stop making sense.
